Charming concierge, lovely patio, great location, comfortable rooms, rooftop restaurant with fine views, helpful and professional staff.

The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and shopping area. The hotel had a lovely courtyard where we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, meeting all our demands for the room.

The room we stayed in was not great, especially the air conditioning which was very poor. The ensuite in one of the rooms smelled badly and our friends had to be moved to a better room.

Beautifully restored historic building with modern amenities. Conveniently located for walking to major attractions, restaurants and tapas bars. Enjoyed breakfast in the tranquil courtyard with bird songs. Spacious suite with staircase to upper floor made for comfortable family stay. Large balcony provided picturesque views of a lit cathedral at night.

Right in the heart of the Old Town, this hotel is in a quiet street but close to all the city attractions. Its location is unbeatable, just a few minutes away from the Cathedral with an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. The hotel facilities are amazing with a typical Andalusian patio, clean rooms equipped with high-quality bathroom facilities.

I had a really great stay at this place. It’s located right in the center of the city and was really convenient for all the sights I wanted to see. The service was top notch too - the team here really take care of their guests! I thought the room service was particularly good, and it was great to have access to options like car hire and tours if I needed them. The room itself was really comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. And the cherry on top? The hotel staff also gave me a welcome drink when I arrived!

All in all, I’d definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

This hotel is the perfect location for a visit to this stunning city. You're just a stone's throw away from a range of fantastic tapas bars and restaurants in the Arenal area. Plus, the unforgettable cathedral is right on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent service from the staff. Breakfast is exceptional, with a great continental selection. And, if you're lucky, you might get a room with a beautiful view over the quiet quadrant at the back of the hotel.

There were some issues with road closures during a local marathon event, which meant an earlier than expected checkout time and a long stay at the airport.

Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Our room was upgraded to one with a balcony upon request, and we loved having breakfast outside in the open-air section. WiFi worked perfectly, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
